Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla.
  3. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.
  4. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by combining brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  5. Layer half the batter into the pan, add half of the cinnamon mixture, pour remaining batter on top, and swirl with a knife.
