  • 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 8-ounce containers whipped topping
  • 1 package mint Oreos
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding and milk until set.
  2. In another bowl, cream together the room temperature cream cheese and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in one container of whipped topping and a few drops of green food coloring.
  3. Crush the mint Oreos in a zipper bag using a rolling pin.
  4. Layer half of the crushed Oreos in a baking dish, drizzle melted butter over them, and press down to form a crust. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top, followed by the chocolate pudding layer.
  5. Mix green food coloring into the second container of whipped topping and spread it on top of the pudding layer. Finish by sprinkling the remaining crushed Oreos.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
