  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch or cornstarch
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix sliced peaches with lemon juice, arrowroot starch, maple syrup (if desired), and cinnamon. Place in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, almond flour, nuts, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in coconut oil and maple syrup until crumbly.
  4. Spread the crumble topping over the peach mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
