- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Halloween M&Ms
- 3 tbsp Halloween jimmies

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, black cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla to the creamed mixture and mix until pale.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients on low speed until just mixed.
- Fold in Halloween M&Ms gently using a spatula.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Decorate with extra M&Ms and candy eyeballs.
