- 1 cup cooked rice (brown or white)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce or olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
