- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Juice of lemon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill on medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes until crispy and golden.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until smooth. Stir in minced garlic and simmer until thickened. Mix in grated Parmesan and season to taste.
- Serve sliced grilled chicken alongside roasted Brussels sprouts and drizzle with creamy sauce.
