Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 300g Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Juice of lemon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill on medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes until crispy and golden.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until smooth. Stir in minced garlic and simmer until thickened. Mix in grated Parmesan and season to taste.
  4. Serve sliced grilled chicken alongside roasted Brussels sprouts and drizzle with creamy sauce.
