  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for tzatziki)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (for tzatziki)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick and place them in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Make Tzatziki: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and dill in a separate bowl; refrigerate until serving.
