Ingredients

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 lemon zest
  • q.b. chives or parsley
  • q.b. salt and pepper
  • 80 g turkey slices
  • 140 g canned tuna
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • q.b. capers
  • q.b. basil
  • 60 g assorted olives
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 slices of bread

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll out the bread slices with a rolling pin until thin. Spread cream cheese filling evenly across each slice.
  3. For each filling: add turkey slices, tuna mixed with chopped tomatoes and olives, or chopped mushrooms and eggs on the cream cheese.
  4. Roll tightly from one end to the other, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Slice into bite-sized pieces before serving.
