  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
