  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sear the marinated steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  4. In the same skillet, prepare the garlic butter sauce by sautéing garlic and ginger in melted butter. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and beef broth; simmer to thicken.
