Ingredients
- ¼ cup ghee or butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 ¼ lb sirloin steak, cubed
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
