Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
