- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked, diced)
- 2 to 3 scallions (finely sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the sliced scallions, and ranch seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
