Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) Jello Instant Vanilla or French Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • McCormick Neon Colors Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  2. Divide the batter into three bowls and color each with food coloring (pink, purple, green).
  3. Pour colored batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan in alternating layers for a marble effect. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Once cooled, poke holes in the cake with a wooden spoon handle every 1½ inches apart.
  5. In another bowl, mix milk and pudding for about 5 minutes until it starts to thicken. Pour over the cake to allow it to soak in.
  6. Spread Cool Whip evenly on top and add sprinkles if desired.
