Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 box (3.4 oz) Jello Instant Vanilla or French Vanilla Pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- McCormick Neon Colors Food Coloring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Divide the batter into three bowls and color each with food coloring (pink, purple, green).
- Pour colored batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan in alternating layers for a marble effect. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled, poke holes in the cake with a wooden spoon handle every 1½ inches apart.
- In another bowl, mix milk and pudding for about 5 minutes until it starts to thicken. Pour over the cake to allow it to soak in.
