Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans/chickpeas
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 2 β 3 tablespoons reserved chickpea water
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, chopped dill pickles, dill pickle juice, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding reserved chickpea water gradually until desired thickness is reached.
