  • 24 Oz Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Red Kidney Beans, Cooked
  • 2 Cups White Kidney Beans, Cooked
  • 44 Oz Beef Stock
  • 1–1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1–1/4 Tsp Fresh Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Tabasco-Type Hot Sauce
  • 24 Oz Marinara Sauce
  • 4 Oz Dry Small Pasta (Shells, Elbows, Ditalini, Or Other)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped onion, slivered carrots, and diced celery; sauté until tender.
  4. Add canned diced tomatoes with juices and mix well.
  5. Incorporate cooked red and white kidney beans.
  6. Pour in beef stock and season with oregano and black pepper; stir to combine.
