  • 2 large celery sticks (sliced)

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups sweet potatoes (cubed)
  • 34 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté for about 6-8 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic during the last minute.
  2. Mix in the flour until vegetables are coated; cook for an additional minute.
