Ingredients
- 8 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1–2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed peanuts for topping
- Toasted sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, green onions, red onion, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.
