- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 egg
- 1 & 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.
- Using a cookie scooper, portion out dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 11–12 minutes until golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
