  • 1 1/2 cups almond meal
  • 2 large eggs (for filling)
  • 3 large eggs (for custard)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 tablespoons sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine unsalted butter, granulated sugar, almond meal, and 2 eggs until well blended to create the almond filling.
  3. Slice the croissants in half and spread the almond filling generously on each side.
