  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 12 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp ranch powder
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 8 oz cooked turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken breasts, cream cheese, minced garlic, ranch seasoning, butter, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove the chicken and shred using two forks.
  4. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker; stir in cooked turkey bacon and shredded cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
  5. Serve warm over rice or in sandwiches.
