  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  2. In a mixing bowl, marinate the lobster tails in buttermilk and Old Bay seasoning for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove the tails from the marinade, letting excess liquid drip off, then dredge in flour until fully coated.
