- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the outer leaves and stem of the cauliflower. Slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
