- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the penne pasta until al dente. Add broccoli florets during the last two minutes of cooking. Drain both.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Sear in a large skillet with olive oil until golden brown and cooked through; remove from the pan.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, then gradually mix in cheeses until melted and smooth.
