  • 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
