Instructions

  2. Stir in curry powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pot, stirring to coat them well with the spice mixture. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
  4. Gradually pour in the coconut milk while stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle simmer, reduce heat, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is tender.
