  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss in steamed broccoli and cooked fettuccine until well coated. Top with grilled chicken slices before serving.
