Ingredients
- 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
- 1 tsp salt (for boiling water)
- 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot, cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (5–7 minutes), then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream and simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until thickened, then add steamed broccoli and cooked pasta. Toss to coat well.
- Serve topped with chicken slices and parsley.
