  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil. Add cubed chicken and sauté until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in chopped onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until softened (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add garam masala, cumin, paprika, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in tomato puree, heavy cream, plain yogurt, and lemon juice; mix well.
  6. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
