Instructions

  5. Stir in the chopped cranberries and pistachios, then let sit at room temperature covered for one hour.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm enough to handle.
  7. Scoop out portions with a melon baller; roll into one-inch balls and coat with powdered sugar.
