  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown (4-5 minutes each side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, parsley, dill, lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy cream; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring it's coated with sauce. Cover and cook for another 8-10 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
