  • 6 large eggs (separated)
  • 1½ cups heavy cream (divided)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • ½ cup creamy cookie butter
  • Toppings: heavy whipping cream, confectioners’ sugar, crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cake flour, ground cookies, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
