  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in mashed bananas gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with sugars and cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Layer half the batter into the loaf pan, dollop with half the swirl mixture, then repeat with remaining batter and swirl.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown; test doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center.
