Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8 ½ x 4 ½-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to parchment paper.
- Brush the warm loaf with melted butter and coat with the cinnamon-sugar topping.
