- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and grated zucchini until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
