  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ of 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour; mix into a dough.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and press your thumb into each to create a well.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes; cool slightly on the sheet before transferring to wire racks.
  6. Prepare filling by melting white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk; stir in mint extract. Spoon filling into cookie wells.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate almond bark over filled cookies and let set.
