  • 16 ounces chocolate melting wafers (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream unsalted butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto prepared sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool slightly before transferring to racks.
  7. Once cooled, dip cookies in melted chocolate wafers and decorate with sprinkles.
