  • 24 Hershey's kisses (unwrapped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 30 g granulated sugar
  • 30 g sprinkles
  • 30 g powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter until creamy. Add brown sugar and mix until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Scoop cookie dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar or sprinkles before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 7-8 minutes until puffy. Press an unwrapped Hershey's kiss into each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
