- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 30 g sprinkles
- 30 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter until creamy. Add brown sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Scoop cookie dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar or sprinkles before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until puffy. Press an unwrapped Hershey's kiss into each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
