  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup carrots (julienned)
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken strips in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red chili flakes, and chicken stock to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken until golden brown; set aside.
  4. Stir-fry minced garlic for 30 seconds, add vegetables, and cook until tender yet crisp (3–4 minutes).
  5. Return chicken to the wok and add the sauce; stir until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot over cooked white rice.
