  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken sausages in the mixture until coated.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. Sear sausages in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add zucchini and tomatoes; cook until tender.
  5. Return sausages to skillet, add cooked pasta and chicken broth along with dried basil; stir to combine.
  6. Simmer on low for 5-10 minutes to blend flavors. Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan.
