  • 2 ½ cups unbleached flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix in sugar until well combined, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Gently fold in candy corn.
