  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and sauté chopped onions for about 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and Boursin cheese; mix until smooth and let bubble for 5 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, warming it through in the sauce.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
