Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or any preferred plant-based milk)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus more for serving)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats, yogurt, milk, raspberries, maple syrup (if using), salt, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler until smooth.
