  • 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cake mix, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  7. Chill dough in the refrigerator for one hour.
  8. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, pressing extra chocolate chips and sprinkles on top.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes until golden around edges; bang the pan gently after baking for crinkly tops.
