Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and optional sriracha for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft and golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until heated through.
