Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and optional sriracha for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft and golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until heated through.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve hot.
