- 1 1/2 tablespoons plant-based oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 lb broccoli (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger (minced)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced flank steak with baking soda, apple vinegar, light soy sauce, plant-based oyster sauce, white pepper, water, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ingredients for the stir-fry sauce: plant-based oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, apple vinegar, sugar, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
