  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  2. Thread the seasoned chicken onto wooden skewers (4-5 pieces per skewer).
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to create the bang bang sauce.
  4. Brush half of the sauce over the skewers and set aside the rest for serving.
  5. Place skewers in an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for about 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve immediately with reserved bang bang sauce drizzled on top.
