- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into each liner and refrigerate.
- Prepare the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter until crumbly; refrigerate.
