- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples (peeled and chopped)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add half the dry ingredients to the mixture, followed by buttermilk; mix until just combined. Fold in remaining dry ingredients carefully.
