Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt ¼ cup butter and add 5 cups marshmallows. Stir until almost melted; reduce heat to low.
- Mix in ½ teaspoon vanilla and red food coloring until desired color is reached.
- Combine with 4 cups crispy rice cereal until well-coated.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly.
